1) A Candidate expresses interest in Pathways to Health Care Careers by:
     - Completing the Online Contact Form
     - Candidates will also need to register online at Iowa Workforce Development's IowaJobs site.

2) A Candidate will be contacted with details regarding:
      -  The next testing date,
      -  The location and
      -  The documentation required for testing.

3) During testing, a candidate will be tested in English, math and native language abilities:
     -If the Candidate does not pass the test, we will refer the candidate to project and external resources to work on areas needing improvement. They may then apply for the program at a later date.
     -If the Candidate passes the test, we will then discuss the specific career area of interest and the candidate will attend a tour to see the work performed.

4) A Candidate must determine after this tour an interested in pursuing this field of work.
     - If NO then the candidate will be referred back to Iowa Workforce Development and the Bureau of Refugee Services for further career exploration.
     - If YES then the candidate will begin the Mercy College application/enrollment process and will be guided on this process by the Career Specialist.
